One of the most enjoyable aspects of being posted out in Germany for Ian Thomas, was getting involved in sport. Ian got to play in numerous football and cricket matches against other squadrons, services and nationalities. Some of games became quite competitive, resulting in some unfair cheating, but Ian ensures us that everyone had a great time. Ian was interviewed by volunteers at the RAFA Wings Centre in Preston.
