No Parachute
Poet Richard Roberts was inspired to write a poem in memory of his Great Uncle, Captain Cecil F King of 43 Squadron Flying Corps. Captain King survived the First World War, winning the M.C, the D.F.C and Croix de Guerre. In January 1919, he sadly lost his life in a training accident, aged 19.
