The thing is with the pandemic,

everyone can relate to the issue.

Is where everyone can let off a bit of steam

and everyone can understand the frustration of each other

and you're willing to listen

because everyone's going through it.

Everyone's still proactive looking out for each other.

I think rather than just expecting someone to say,

"Yeah, I'm all right."

You just double check that they're all right,

triple check they're all right.

They're part of the family,

especially as a PTI trade.

We are a small, close-knit trade.

One of only two that's still in existence

from day one in the RAF.

And, you know, we love wearing the uniform

and we do consider each other family

and looking after each other, you know.

It's a personal attack if one of our colleagues

is feeling down.

I think,

yeah. It's something that you need to check on.

And it's something that will stay in place for the future.

And yeah,

just don't underestimate what people are going through

on the front and, you know,

the front of things you might think they're fine,

but a lot of people struggle,

especially with the situation or situations back home.
