everyone can relate to the issue.
Is where everyone can let off a bit of steam
and everyone can understand the frustration of each other
and you're willing to listen
because everyone's going through it.
Everyone's still proactive looking out for each other.
I think rather than just expecting someone to say,
"Yeah, I'm all right."
You just double check that they're all right,
triple check they're all right.
They're part of the family,
especially as a PTI trade.
We are a small, close-knit trade.
One of only two that's still in existence
from day one in the RAF.
And, you know, we love wearing the uniform
and we do consider each other family
and looking after each other, you know.
It's a personal attack if one of our colleagues
is feeling down.
I think,
yeah. It's something that you need to check on.
And it's something that will stay in place for the future.
And yeah,
just don't underestimate what people are going through
on the front and, you know,
the front of things you might think they're fine,
but a lot of people struggle,
especially with the situation or situations back home.
