I sort of tried to force myself
to go and do this, it's called,
Summer Swinerton, Swinerton Challenge.
It's basically like, sort of like a SAS type
experience where you get to do
a lot of field craft, you're sleeping outside
underneath the BFUs and you've
gotta carry your kit with you.
And yeah, they get you up early in the morning,
go to bed late at night and you're
just constantly running around,
doing field craft and lots of command tasks.
I found that quite physically and mentally difficult.
But I enjoyed it in the end.
