In 1952 Trevor Morris was called up for National Service and asked to choose which of the Army, the Navy or the RAF he would prefer to join. Enamoured by an advertisement of aircrew leaving a Lancaster bomber in flying kit, Trevor chose the Royal Air Force. Little did he know that just 18 months later he would be leaving a Lincoln bomber in the same flying kit, as an Air Signaller on Bomber Command.
