One of the loads I do you remember,

I was quite a junior navigator

I was flying with the scooter boss

who went onto

and he didn't fly much.

because when you're the Squadron boss,

doing other stuff as it is.

Unfortunately, I found out in latter life.

so every time it was a good looking trip

he's like, well, I'll do that.

I'll. I'll get some hours in I’ll

And then that'll be made done

And there was a,

a job that came up

that was up at RAF Spadeadam

and, of near Kielder water.

And that's the main electronic warfare,

that we've got. Great place.

and what they’ve got, it caters

guys the fast jet guys and the helicopters

disused aircraft relics.

museum pieces of various nationalities

them from, but some old, old jets

from 60, 70 years ago,

And every now and again.

Because everyone starts

So they’re no surprise anymore

So we'll do the to to move

And so we were tasked to to come up

one of these jets,

and move it

somewhere else such that

came through, perhaps bombing a runway,

and different things

And so this had all been rigged up

except when it was rigged

normally they, they do something to,

to stop this from happening,

such that

when we started flying away with this jet

the jets went through about 40 or 50 knots

and the jet did what it was designed to do

So on the strop below,

And I remember the crew was like,

yeah, it's getting a bit close,

and so that the guy at the front,

certain things you can do

thinking of having close formation

It's moved around was different.

I think the next time they did,

So it didn't want to fly.

That's Yeah, that was that was different.

That was.
